This document provides an overview of the MPESD's Local Control and Accountability Plan, which outlines a three-year strategic direction from 2024 to 2027. The plan focuses on three primary goals: increasing student success across all subgroups in English Language Arts, Math, and Science through high-quality instruction and interventions; ensuring students have certificated teachers, access to standards-based curriculum, and safe learning environments; and creating a safe and supportive learning atmosphere where students feel connected to their schools. The plan emphasizes annual stakeholder input and includes specific strategies for early literacy and math development.
