The meeting included discussions on rightsizing employees and workloads, the absence of FLSA mentions, and the challenges of staff replacement compared to faculty. Clarification was sought on December work-from-home expectations, given the university's continued operation and the on-campus requirements for some employees. Performance evaluations were discussed, including the stress they add due to short staffing and the lack of incentives, with a suggestion for supervisor evaluations. Updates were provided on the T-Shirt design contest and the creation of a message for events on Friday the 13th.
