BoardTown of Acton Selectmen's Meeting
The board approved and signed the warrant. No action was taken regarding old business, specifically concerning assessing and the cable contract. Under new business, the board discussed the scheduled draw down of Mousam Lake, which will occur earlier and be six inches lower than in previous years, beginning in late September. Information was provided regarding the notification of residents, the necessity of obtaining permits for sea wall or barrier repairs, and the expected restoration of water levels prior to winter.
