Billings City Council Work Session
The City Council work session addressed several community concerns and infrastructure projects. Public comments included demands for the city to adopt a sanctuary city status, as well as complaints regarding alleged property encroachment by a developer with city-approved construction. The council also received a presentation on the Monad Road reconstruction project, which includes plans for road widening, pedestrian facilities, storm drain improvements, and the addition of street lighting to address safety concerns and traffic management issues.
