Quality Enhancement Plan 2022-2026
The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) at MCTC is a five-year, college-wide initiative designed to address the 21st-century skills gap and enhance student employability for future workplace success. It aims to achieve this by providing students access to the 'am i job ready' software, focusing on developing critical skills such as analytical problem-solving and decision-making. The plan's vision is to ensure graduates are well-prepared for their careers, with an option to earn digital badges to document their acquired skills.
