The school board meeting covered several key topics. The superintendent reported on plans to safely reopen school buildings to parents and visitors and resume school activities and field trips. A school choice resolution was adopted, and the board approved extending purchase service agreements for contact tracing. The board also approved playground accessibility upgrades at several elementary schools and reviewed the November financial report, noting that tax revenue had leveled off after recent increases. Finally, the winning artwork for the district's annual Christmas card design contest was announced.
