The Albany Technical College Strategic Plan, titled "Legacy, Innovation, and Partnerships: Moving Forward with a Purpose," outlines five key goals for 2024-2029: enrollment and retention; financial strength; marketing and communication; industry-driven programs; and faculty and staff retention. The plan aims to build on the college's legacy, leverage technology and innovation, and foster partnerships to enhance workforce development, economic growth, and community engagement. Specific program areas of focus include nursing, CDL, automotive, cybersecurity, and manufacturing. The plan emphasizes aligning with workforce needs, increasing revenue through operational efficiency and grant funding, and strengthening communication and branding. Success will be measured through increased enrollment and graduation rates, improved financial stability, enhanced marketing and communication effectiveness, successful implementation of industry-driven programs, and improved faculty and staff retention.
