Hanover College Strategic Plan 2020-2027

The Hanover College "Hanover Stands Above" strategic plan (2020-2027) focuses on six key priorities: building a welcoming and equitable community; enhancing the undergraduate experience and increasing enrollment; increasing national impact and developing innovative graduate programs; improving alumni outcomes and engagement; fostering employee wellbeing; and improving campus facilities and information technology. The plan aims to position Hanover College for success in its third century by addressing challenges such as demographic shifts and increased price sensitivity in higher education. Key strategies include developing new academic programs, expanding the use of learning technologies, launching new graduate programs in STEM-Health fields, strengthening alumni engagement, and improving campus infrastructure and technology. The plan emphasizes a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as a focus on student success and career readiness.
