The Council conducted a consideration meeting regarding drainage reports for the West Branch of the Curry Marsh Drain, Frank Wiper Drains, Lee Ryersee Drain, and Crawford Drain. Additional key business included awarding a tender for the Curry Marsh Drain culvert replacement to John Hamelin Construction Ltd., approving a professional services agreement with JL Richards & Associates, and authorizing amendments to municipal fees and charges. The Council also approved the purchase of a Caterpillar 275 Compact Track Loader for public works while deferring a decision on an excavator lease, reviewed restricted acts during the 'lame duck' period, and discussed the potential relocation of an Ontario Provincial Police trailer currently situated at the marina.
