The Liberal R-II School District's strategic plan aims to develop lifelong learners prepared for success in school and life, fostering academic, social, and personal growth within a safe, student-centered learning environment. Its overarching theme is to prepare every graduate for success—employed, enlisted, or enrolled—through an education built on experience, engagement, and enrichment. The plan focuses on three key areas: Attitude and Accountability, College and Career Readiness, and Student and Staff Growth.
