The Board of Education approved several new hires, including a part-time bus aide, paraprofessionals, and a long-term substitute. They also approved leave without pay requests and the re-hire of an accompanist for musical and ILMEA contests. Additionally, the board approved a resignation.

It covers multiple funds including Educational Operations & Maintenance, Debt Service, Transportation, Municipal Retirement/Social Security, Capital Projects, Working Cash, Tort, and Fire Prevention & Safety. The budget also details cash transactions, estimated receipts/revenues, and disbursements/expenditures by function and object.

The Board approved several employment actions, including the employment of a 5th-grade teacher and an Elementary School Behavior Interventionist. Additionally, support staff employments such as High School Paraprofessional and Cook's Assistants were approved. The board also approved resignations, coaching staff, New Teacher Mentoring Program Mentors, and a voluntary transfer. Contract renewals for a Certified Occupational Therapist, Interim Transportation Director, and Student Support Specialist Mentor were also approved.
