Zoning Board of Appeals Regular Meeting
The board addressed several zoning petitions, including requests for special permits, variances, and septic improvements. Due to the current lack of a zoning administrator, all agenda items were continued to future dates. Discussions focused on the administrative challenges posed by this vacancy, specifically regarding who is responsible for drafting legal decisions for the board. The board considered a proposal for the town planner to assist with drafting decisions while they continue the search for a new administrator.
