The Council held an in-camera session to discuss labor relations, land acquisition, and lease negotiations. The Board of Health presented several information reports regarding public health initiatives and received approval to expand its disclosure program. Council passed a resolution supporting the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership's application for the 2026 REDI program. Approvals were also granted for Long-Term Care staffing enhancements and the 2026-2027 Homelessness Prevention Program Investment Plan. Additionally, Council discussed concerns regarding proposed truck traffic routes and adopted by-laws concerning the delegation of authority and confirmation of proceedings.
