Discussions were held regarding the election of a Vice Chair, the approval of the upcoming fiscal year meeting schedule, and recommendations for the Fiscal Year 2027 department budget, focusing on personnel, equipment, and facility operational needs. Additionally, an overview of the Red, White & Buda Independence Day celebration logistics and programming was provided.

The City Council meeting included a workshop regarding federal legislative and grant priorities, followed by several agenda items.
