This request involves an adaptive reuse project intended to align with the historic downtown character while supporting commercial vitality.

The City Council meeting included several proclamations recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month, Historic Preservation Month, Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, and Texas Flood Awareness Week. Key presentations covered the Hays County Homeless Coalition's Point-in-Time count results.
