The Accelerated School English Learner Master Plan 2026-2027
This plan outlines the framework for ensuring English Learners (ELs) achieve proficiency in academic English and master grade-level academic content. It details seven program goals: consistent implementation, progress in English language proficiency, academic progress, timely reclassification, effective monitoring, professional development, robust family engagement, and a culturally affirming school culture. The plan also covers identification, assessment, instructional programs (including Designated and Integrated ELD, SDAIE), and accountability measures to prepare ELs for college and career readiness.
