The 2021 Wellesley College Strategic Plan outlines four key areas to amplify its mission: advancing transformative education, elevating Wellesley's global role, strengthening organization and governance, and building a stronger community. The plan aims to enhance the transformative effect of education by prioritizing inclusive excellence, curriculum renewal, and a holistic educational philosophy. It emphasizes redoubling the commitment to women's empowerment and gender equality through global engagement. Organizational reforms focus on improving participation, decision-making, and strategic focus. Community building aims to foster belonging, inclusion, and wellness for students and staff.
