The board discussed the superintendent's report covering the ongoing roofing project, bus route updates, and the implementation of a mandatory water safety policy. The board addressed personnel changes, including several resignations and new appointments for teaching and support staff, as well as the approval of fall coaching positions. Additionally, the board approved the 2026-2027 SRO contract with the Albany County Sheriff's Office, the 2026-2027 tax warrants and rates, and the terms and conditions agreement for the accounting/finance officer.
