This document outlines the three primary goals for Randolph College as discussed by its President. The strategic objectives include increasing enrollment through enhanced recruitment of first-year and transfer students and improved retention, expanding the portfolio of academic programs to attract new students, and undertaking new construction and renovation of the Martin science building to provide modern facilities, especially for STEM students.
