The plan is guided by four primary actions: Listen, Learn, Align, and Act. It focuses on five key priorities: building trust through stakeholder engagement, strengthening teaching and learning for student success, building leadership capacity and organizational excellence, strengthening financial stewardship and operational systems, and enhancing school safety, student support, and district culture. The overarching vision is to provide broad experiences and opportunities, fostering a school system where every student is safe, supported, and prepared for success beyond graduation.
