The board authorized a legal services contract with Fox Rothschild, LLP for redevelopment projects and approved a contract with GS Contractors, LLC for roof and column repairs at GE Patterson Pointe. Additionally, the board approved the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) certification for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Finally, the board approved the submission of disposition applications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the RAD/Section 18 blend conversion of University Place Preservation phases II, III, and the senior phase.
