The meeting commenced with the Salute to the Flag and the Open Public Meetings Act Statement. Key agenda items included the certification of the November 4, 2025 election results and the administration of the Oath of Office to newly elected or re-elected officials. New business included discussions on animal control/shelter spreadsheets, property inspections, police department renovations, tiling of the hallway, permit parking, changes in copy fees, fees for police applications, and the Helmetta Business Park wall. The meeting moved into a closed session for negotiations and litigations.
