The Center For Student Success Strategic Plan 2018-2021
This strategic plan for The Center for Student Success (CSS) at Mount Aloysius College aims to enhance student retention and overall academic success by focusing on improved academic advising and career development services. It outlines eight key themes: leveraging technology for student development and advisement, strengthening advising practices through advisor development, implementing proactive student advisement, ensuring equitable advisement for student engagement and support, providing collaborative early interventions for at-risk students, empowering students with professional development and networking opportunities, streamlining document management and integrating innovative technologies, and investing in professional training for CSS staff. The overarching vision is to foster students' academic and career success, degree attainment, and post-graduate pursuits through high-impact, assessable, and equitable services.
