The Board of Trustees held a regular meeting where they discussed various topics. These included efforts to increase water pumping capacity from the Elm Street well, the potential for Pro Housing Certification, updates from sub-committees on speed reduction, parking, noise ordinance, and HONK matters. They also reviewed tax parcels, considered a local law regarding property owner notification for public hearings, and discussed amending zoning laws. The board addressed sewer bills and a possible adjustment to billed gallons, and they entered an executive session to discuss a personnel issue in the Code Enforcement Office.

The Zoning Board meeting included discussions on a property subdivision where a variance was requested for a side setback. The board declared itself the lead agency for SEQRA purposes and scheduled a public hearing for April 21st, 2022.

The board considered the building's intended use, existing parking conditions, and relevant zoning codes. Concerns were raised regarding the number of parking spaces required by code versus the anticipated needs of the business. The board declared itself Lead Agency and scheduled a public hearing for February 27th.
