Planning Board of the Township of Chatham Regular Meeting
The Planning Board authorized a professional services contract for planning services and conducted a Master Plan consistency review for several ordinances related to the Township's Affordable Housing Plan, specifically regarding affordable housing program requirements, the addition of an AH-1 Affordable Housing Zone, and an Affordable Housing Overlay zone in B-1 and PI-2 districts. All three ordinances were determined to be consistent with the Master Plan. Additionally, the Board discussed the status of the Ferber Farm and explored the feasibility of broadcasting future Planning Board meetings.
