The Board also approved waiving the 90-Day Eligibility, the financials, the SBRC Application, and the Henkel Change Order. Early Retirement was tabled until the January 2026 meeting.

The board addressed allowable growth and supplemental aid for special education, approving a request for a negative special education balance. During the organizational meeting for 2025-2026, the oath of office was administered to a board member, and the board president and vice president were elected. Additionally, the board approved a resolution amending the resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds, revisions to the Post-Issuance Compliance Policy for Tax-Exempt Obligations, a new Bond Disclosure Policy, and a policy revision for Open Night/Family Night. They also approved Simbli eBoard Solutions for board minute software and policy update system.
