The school plan for Commonwealth Charter Academy (CCA) focuses on delivering personalized learning experiences that engage families and prepare learners for success in school and life. Key areas of emphasis include student participation in shaping personalized education, staff development to enhance learning opportunities, administrative support for learner growth, active parental involvement, and community collaboration to supplement in-school learning. The plan also prioritizes the integration of evidence-based strategies such as i-Ready personalized instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), learner and family engagement, and professional learning communities to improve student outcomes and graduation rates.

The meeting included discussions and actions related to special education matters, legal matters, marketing updates, personnel matters, and property. The board approved settling reconciliation matters and honored former Board Chairman Ralph Dyer. A special reorganization meeting was held to appoint a new Board Chairman and Vice Chairman. The board approved consent items, including minutes from previous meetings, board payables, staffing reports, board policies, and various proposals, agreements, and purchases. The 2024-2025 Course Catalog and School Calendar were also approved.
