Athlos Leadership Academy Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
The Finance Committee meeting covered a review of financial indicators and key financial statement points, including an analysis of Average Daily Membership (ADM), fund balance, days cash on hand, and debt service coverage ratios. The discussion highlighted year-to-date results, identifying that favorable variances were largely timing-related due to pending transportation, payroll, and special education costs. Additionally, the committee noted that the board-approved budget projects a deficit due to technology investments, while highlighting the impact of fall enrollment figures and an unbudgeted increase in compensatory revenue.
