The Plan Commission discussed and approved a kennel license application for five dogs, subject to neighbor complaints. A mitigation plan for a residence was approved. The commission also considered multiple agenda items related to The Waters Senior Living Management development, including a rezoning petition, a comprehensive master plan amendment, conditional use and site building plans, and certified survey maps. The commission recommended approval for these items contingent on specific conditions such as traffic control measures, landscaping, architectural revisions, and signage adjustments.

The council addressed the release of a cash escrow for a subdivision contingent upon valve repairs. A public hearing was held regarding the proposed 2019 budget, which was subsequently approved along with the tax levy. The council reviewed police service statistics, approved a proposal for a financial management plan, and authorized an updated needs assessment for impact fees. Legislative actions included rezoning a GE Healthcare property, approving a certified survey map, and appointing a new Zoning Administrator. Additionally, the council discussed negotiations with the fire association in a closed session and approved a union agreement.

The Plan Commission reviewed and approved mitigation plans for the Bautz and Redmond residences. Recommendations were made to the Common Council regarding a Comprehensive Master Plan amendment, rezoning, and site plans for the Shorepoint Church development, including discussions on traffic studies and access points. The Commission approved site and building plans for a parking lot expansion at the Hindu Temple of Wisconsin, contingent on landscaping and stormwater management requirements. Additionally, the Commission recommended approval of a conditional use permit for Autumn Hill Academy, subject to traffic control and occupancy conditions.

The board discussed and took action on several items including the approval of the proposed 2020 Winnebeergo events, the rental of boat slips at Laimon Park, and the fulfillment of a financial commitment regarding the Kiwanis Village Park playground. Additionally, the board reviewed an update on Fall 2019 recreation programs, approved a Needs Assessment survey, and authorized phased parking lot improvements for Laimon Park including transformer relocation.

The council addressed the appointment of an interim Municipal Court Judge and authorized a special election to fill the vacancy. The agreement for 2019 building inspection services with the Village of Pewaukee was approved. Financial matters included the authorization of expenses totaling $46,348 from the contingency fund for various studies, equipment, and furniture, as well as the partial release of developer funds regarding the Woodleaf Reserve project.
