The strategic plan for Paris Main Street aims to inspire and energize a vibrant downtown community, transforming it into an economically diverse and thriving destination for locals and visitors. The plan is structured around three main transforming strategies: enhancing the downtown's appealing image through cleanliness and visual improvements; fostering an improved business environment by increasing occupancy and supporting existing businesses; and building a strong downtown brand through quality events, partnerships, and effective outreach. The overarching vision is to establish downtown Paris as the social, cultural, economic, and historic heart of the city.
