The Goldsboro MPO Transportation Advisory Committee reviewed and amended the State Transportation Improvement Program for the Goldsboro Urban Area for FY 2026-2035. The amendment includes additional projects based on recommendations from the Technical Coordinating Committee. Projects include broadband fiber installation, intersection improvements for ADA compliance, safety improvements, vulnerable road user programs, rail-highway grade crossing improvements, roadway upgrades, and various transportation authority initiatives.
