The 2024-2025 School Improvement Plan for SST focuses on eleven key goals. Goal I aims to implement service expectations, Goal II focuses on expanding elective options, and Goal III seeks corporate sponsorships. Goal IV addresses improvements to the grading system, while Goal V targets support for the growing ELL population. Goal VI prioritizes equitable practices in teaching and learning, Goal VII focuses on cultural proficiency, and Goal VIII addresses student mental health. Goal IX supports educator mental health, Goal X develops an Academic Strategies course, and Goal XI provides professional development on the new IEP. Success will be measured through various methods including stakeholder feedback, program completion rates, presentation of schedules and proposals, successful acquisition of sponsorships, student WIDA score improvements, pre- and post-surveys, and implementation of action plans.

The 2025-26 School Improvement Plan for South Shore Technical High School focuses on curriculum mapping, support for ELL students, equitable teaching practices using AI tools, cultural proficiency, and staff community building. Key goals include developing standardized curriculum formats, improving academic performance for ELL students, incorporating AI into lessons, increasing student feelings of safety and support, and implementing a collaborative recognition program for staff. Additionally, the plan addresses cell phone practices, school culture by building an "away game" program, and evaluating the 5-block day schedule.
