An overview of the 988 system in Washington State was presented, including data for Klickitat County's 988 volume. There was a discussion regarding employees, staffing roles, and support crisis services in the county. The approval of the 2025 Federal Poverty Level Fee Schedule was also on the agenda. Public Health's efforts in promoting 988 across the county were highlighted.

The meeting included a department update from the Treasurer regarding a surplus sale planned for May, featuring items including soil from the Columbia Gorge airport. There was discussion about the logistics of the sale, including setting a minimum bid and how the funds would be managed and distributed to the city. The commissioners also proclaimed National Volunteer Week and Eric Brian Johnson Day. Additionally, there was an update from the Klickitat and Skamania County Developmental Disability Advisory Board, focusing on their activities and the need for new members.

The workshop focused on the 2021 budget and preparation for the 2022 budget process. Key discussion points included the landfill revenues, historical data, and the allocation of funds.
