The Quality Enhancement Plan focuses on improving the effectiveness of the college work program by ensuring supervisors are prepared for leadership positions, providing students with a way to document their work experiences, and establishing a systematic data collection and storage system. Key measures include creating detailed job descriptions and an operations manual for each student work area, training student supervisors, implementing e-portfolios for students to compile work experience records, and using Faculty/Staff Supervisor/Mentor Evaluation forms to evaluate supervisors.
