Methodist College Strategic Plan 2023-2026

The 2023-2026 Strategic Plan for Methodist College focuses on five key pillars: Organizational Culture, Student Success, Diversification of Learning, Commitment to Communities, and Commitment to Sustainable Growth. These pillars are supported by three foundations: Innovative Solutions, Committed Faculty and Staff, and Institutional Support. The plan aims to create a welcoming and supportive college community, enhance student learning experiences, diversify program offerings, strengthen community partnerships, achieve sustainable growth through increased enrollment and new program development, and foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Specific goals include improving student support services, enhancing faculty and staff development, expanding experiential learning opportunities, increasing enrollment, and developing new programs aligned with industry and community needs. The plan emphasizes a student-centered approach, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to serving the healthcare industry and the broader community.
