This document, titled "Abundance & Grace: A Blueprint for Flourishing in Faith & Hope," outlines the strategic direction for Columbia Theological Seminary for the next four academic years. The plan aims to build on excellence in theological inquiry and innovation to equip pastoral leaders, expand the residential campus to foster a culture of Christian worship and belonging, enrich the exemplary workplace culture through resource stewardship and partnerships, and strengthen the vision of inclusion, diversity, and organizational justice within a framework of transparent governance. These strategic directions are intended to guide the Seminary's annual plans and assessments leading up to its bicentennial anniversary in 2028.
