Cha Board Board Meeting
The meeting included a centering thought by Commissioner Harris in celebration of Women's History Month. The board discussed the year of renewal, focusing on rebuilding trust through openness, collaboration, and strategic planning during a period of transition as they search for a new CEO. The board also discussed the grand opening of the Edith Spurlock residences, a series of initiatives, strengthening oversight and resident engagement, and making more data and key information accessible through their redesigned website. The meeting further addressed the implementation of change that strengthens oversight and accountability, particularly in property operations and asset management, and the creation of a new division called Healthy Homes to proactively address environmental concerns.
