The Amphitheater Public Schools Strategic Plan outlines six key goals focused on student success, high-quality staff, communication and community engagement, culture building, technology integration, and optimization of district systems. Specific objectives within each goal aim to improve student achievement across various academic areas, enhance teaching practices, foster a positive school climate, expand extracurricular activities, strengthen community partnerships, and leverage technology to enhance learning. Measurable outcomes include increased student proficiency in core subjects, improved graduation rates, enhanced teacher professional development, and improved communication and collaboration among stakeholders. The plan sets targets for achieving these outcomes by 2021, 2022, and 2023.
