Cleary University Strategic Plan 2018-2023

The 2018 Five-Year Strategic Plan for Cleary University, known as the Cleary Mind Initiative, aims to transform the institution into a small, highly profitable, boutique business university. The plan focuses on three core strengths (intimacy, segmentation, and curriculum design) and five strategic blueprints (differentiation, segmentation/curriculum design, Cleary Business Arts Education, Cleary Enterprise Education Paradigm, and distribution/branding/strategic charter groups). The initiative seeks to create a unique business curriculum that meets employer needs, deliver unique applied business experiences, foster a culture of innovation, and establish Cleary as a preeminent model of business acumen. The plan addresses challenges in higher education, including declining enrollment, rising costs, and the need for graduates with critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key outcomes include increased student enrollment and revenue, improved brand recognition, and the development of a distinctive Cleary brand.
