Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 Meeting Minutes
The Board of Directors conducted a business session addressing several resolutions. Actions included authorizing the payment of routine bills and acknowledging the investment schedule for March 2026. The Board approved a 'Disclaimer of Interest' related to a legal matter and authorized a 5-year renewal of a US Army Corps of Engineers license for the Needmore Diversion Channel Rock Breakwater Project. A settlement agreement and payment were ratified for the Ditch 600/East China Relief Project. Several drainage easements were authorized or accepted for Ditch 503, Ditch O09-A, and the Corley Diversion Project, including correction easements for the latter. Additionally, the Board granted the General Manager authority to award and execute bids for the Borley Heights Pipe Culverts and South Nome Relief Underground Storm Sewer Materials projects. The meeting also included discussion regarding a dedication ceremony for the Corley Diversion Project.
