Orange Springs Charter School Board Of Directors Regular Meeting Minutes
The board approved several action items including the consent agenda, the 2026-27 budget, EPA Education Protection Account actuals and a multi-year plan, longevity payments for employees, the superintendent's contract, an MOU for employee and personnel services sharing, the Local Control and Accountability Plan, the Position Control System, salary schedules, and a contract with Scoot Education. The board also waived the first reading of a mobile communication device policy, approved a Title I school-parent compact, a vended meals contract, and special education provider contracts. Officers were elected and subcommittee appointments were made. A closed session was held regarding real property negotiations and public employee discipline, with the purchase/sale agreement being approved in open session.
