The Planning Commission meeting involved public hearings and reviews of several development requests. Key items included a zone change request from C-3 to PD-C for a hotel project at 559 East St. George Blvd, a zone change from C-4 to PD-MU for a mixed-use project at First West, and an amendment to zoning regulations regarding alley-to-garage setbacks and lot frontage requirements proposed by SUHBA.
