The Planning Commission discussed several zone changes, including a request for Dixie Downs 9 for townhome construction, a rezoning request for Sullivan 2450 South to accommodate residential lots, and planned development amendments for the Angel Arch Church addition, the White Dome Commercial Center Phase 1 site plan for medical office buildings, and the Riverfront Medical Center Phase 3 for a new medical office building.
