Capital Regional District Board Meeting Minutes
The Board paid tribute to the late Director Lillian Szpak and received a presentation on a member agency report from the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority. Administrative business included a review of the 2027-2030 Board remuneration and travel expense policy, updates on the Biochar project, biosolids beneficial use, and the presentation of the annual report, as well as holding the Capital Region Housing Corporation Annual General Meeting.
