Penn State Beaver Strategic Plan 2020-2025
Penn State Beaver's strategic plan (2020-2025) focuses on increasing diversity and recruitment, fostering inclusion and retention, and cultivating equity and community. The plan prioritizes student success through initiatives focused on access/aid, welcome/belonging, engagement/involvement, and preparation/management. Specific goals include developing a campus master plan to improve student spaces, expanding athletic programs and launching an esports initiative to increase enrollment, diversifying the campus community through promotional materials and DEI initiatives, and implementing a strategic communications plan.
