The council authorized negotiations with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for engineering design services related to the Burkhalter Road Transportation Improvements Project. Approval was granted to request four replacement transit vehicles from the Coastal Regional Commission for FY 2028. Additionally, the council awarded one-year contracts for property and casualty insurance to Travelers and for workers compensation insurance to Bitco.
