The HR committee meeting involved orientation for new trustees, a review of the internal audit plan for the fiscal year, and presentation of the financial report as of June 30th, showing positive status for cash basis receipts and spending. Two proposed salary increase schedules for 2017, for faculty and EHR staff, were reviewed, showing average proposed increases of 2.86% and 2.9% respectively. A vacancy on the Nominating Committee was addressed by recommending Tom Mooney for Vice Chair.
