City Council Work Session
The work session included discussions on the 2025 community survey results, the FY 2025 strategic plan evaluation for sports and tourism, an internal audit program update and report on payroll and timekeeping assessment, and the fiscal year 2025 strategic plan capital project management action item. The community survey indicated residents generally enjoy a high quality of life, with positive ratings for city leadership and governance, as well as the local economy. However, community design and housing availability were identified as potential areas for improvement.
