Zoning Board of Adjustments Special Meeting
The board discussed its jurisdiction and authority regarding an appeal by Bario Resources LLC. Key topics included the board's procedural requirements for the hearing, the interpretation of the 20-day deadline for filing an appeal, and the potential impact of conflicting guidance provided by city staff to the applicant regarding zoning requirements for a data center and cryptocurrency mining facility.
