The board discussed the weekly weather outlook and approved various departmental reports from the Treasurer, Assessor, County Clerk, Court Clerk, Election Board Secretary, and Sheriff. Key actions included the ratification of a lease agreement for an electric vehicle charging station, approval of programming and project resolutions for Deep Red Creek, and authorization for the purchase and lease of agricultural equipment. The board also initiated the bidding process for public school parking lot projects and approved a budget transfer for the Highway Fund.

The board received updates regarding the weekly weather outlook, grant reporting requirements, and the status of equipment from the Sheriff. Monthly departmental reports from the County Clerk, Health Department, and Sheriff were approved. Additionally, the board conducted and finalized Fair Board elections for three positions with three-year terms, declared various law enforcement and health department equipment as surplus, and authorized the disposal of equipment via Resolution #1857. The board also approved a purchase order overage, various purchase orders, and issued warrants for operational expenses.

The Board discussed the E9 l l grant and upcoming weather. They approved resolutions to renew a Lease-Purchase Agreement with BancFirst for a 2020 Peterbilt T680 and to appoint and reappoint Trustees of the Tillman County Industrial Authority and the Tillman County-City of Frederick Hospital Authority. Purchase orders were approved, and warrants were issued for various expenses, including monthly services, concrete, gravel, reimbursement, water, pest control, supplies, vaccines, lease payments, repairs, training, batteries, pipe, and guns.

The Tillman County Board of County Commissioners authorized the Tillman County Treasurer to deposit surplus funds in the General Fund and other accounts for investment purposes, specifically in certificates of deposits and/or money market accounts with FDIC coverage, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The County Treasurer has full discretion in investment decisions, emphasizing safety and liquidity. The board also formally adopted and approved the investment policy for fiscal year 2026, effective July 1, 2025, which outlines the scope, objectives, standards of care, authorized investments, and reporting requirements for the county's investment activities.

The Board of County Commissioners appointed Oscar Juanes as Trustee of the Tillman County E-911 Board to complete a three-year term.
